November 9 
Five world-class illusionists makes for one amazing night at the “Champions of Magic” tour. Witness the impossible, including disappearances, levitation, teleportation and a heart-stopping finale, all presented with lighting and special effects to rival the biggest theatrical spectacles. Tickets are still available, so you’re going to want to act quick! This is a show that will leave you completely spellbound. Event takes place at the Rose Wagner Center/Jeanne Wagner Theatre.

November 10-11 
Illuminate, Utah’s First Annual Light Art and Technology Festival is a free event celebrating our culture and community through art and technology. Perfect for community members, art lovers, and families. The festival features installations by more than 30 artists, live music and performances, kids activities, a kids short film fest, interactive light art demonstrations, virtual reality arts displays, food trucks, local brews and spirits and much more! Event takes place at The Gateway Center and the Eccles Theater Plaza from 5pm-10pm both days. 

November 11 
The Rio Grande Winter Market returns to Saturdays beginning November 11. The market allows growers to extend the season and features fresh vegetables from the late season harvests and area greenhouses. It also offers the best of the region's grass-fed meats, dairy, honey, eggs, baked goods, and seasonal offerings for the holidays.

Know an outer space lover? Planet Palooza is happening at the Museum of Ancient Life at Thanksgiving Point from 10am-4pm. With interactive activities the entire family will enjoy the fun will be out of this world! 

November 11 
The Donut Dash is a unique biathlon that raises your heart rate and your blood sugar for a good cause. And costumes of all types are encouraged! With your participation, you support the work of Preservation Utah (formerly Utah Heritage Foundation) to keep the past alive. The event will take place in Memory Grove Park. 

Nov 16-19 
Enter a world where adventure is awaiting at Disney On Ice presents Dream Big. Travel with Tinkerbell to visit your favorite characters and have the adventure of your dreams. High-flying jumps, daring acrobatics, breathtaking skating and lovable Disney friends make this an experience your family will never forget. Event takes place at the Vivint Smart Home Arena.

November 17 
One of Salt Lake’s favorite holiday traditions, the Gallivan Center Ice Rink Opens Nov 17. Make the most of the winter wonderland by lacing up your skates! The outdoor skating rink at the Gallivan Center offers a stunning backdrop of city lights in the heart of downtown. And whether you glide with grace or scramble and stumble, you’re sure to have lots of fun! Skates are available to rent on location.
